The first thing that's important is to be yourself and not someone on TV, and you are what you eat, so be fresh local vegetables.

My favorite way to learn about the world is by reading National Geographic Magazine in the printed or e-book format.

Think critically about your culture, and don't take for granted the way it operates. Do things differently if you know in this way less will suffer.
